Injectables

Refined, Not Redone.

At Elevated Medical Aesthetics, every injectable visit begins with a conversation about what your face is actually doing right now and what would and wouldn't serve you in this season. Some clients need a small dose of Botox in two specific muscles. Some need filler in one area and a biostimulator series in another. Some came in asking for one thing and leave with a different (smaller) plan, because that's what their face actually needed.

What you won't find here: pressure to add on. What you will find: a clear-eyed look at your options, the time to talk through them, and refined results that look like you, only rested.

  • Botox | Dysport | Jeuveau | Lip Flip Neuromodulators that soften the muscles creating expression lines. Refined, calibrated dosing.

  • Hyaluronic acid fillers that restore lost volume in the cheeks, lips, jawline, and around the mouth. Immediate, reversible.

  • Targeted injection treatment that closes spider veins on the legs. The same precision and care, applied below the neckline.

Wrinkle Relaxers

Dysport, Jeuveau, Botox / Lip Flip

Wrinkle relaxers (also called neuromodulators) are the most studied injectables in modern aesthetics. We use Botox, Dysport, and Jeuveau, picking between them based on how your muscles respond and how fast you want onset (Dysport tends to kick in around day 2; Botox closer to day 5).

A small, precise dose softens the muscle creating an expression line and gives the overlying skin a chance to smooth. Treatment runs about 15 minutes. You'll see results in 3 to 7 days, with full effect by day 14. Most clients return every 3 to 4 months once they've found their dose.

Pricing is by the unit. We tell you the dose and the cost before any injection.

What wrinkle relaxers address

  • Forehead lines, frown lines (the "11s"), and crow's feet

  • Vertical lip lines and a downturned smile

  • Strong masseter muscles and jaw clenching (slimming + TMJ relief)

  • Release tension headaches

  • Excessive underarm sweating (hyperhidrosis)

  • Lip Flip: Provide subtle lift to lips to enhance the shape and size, and ideal for preventing vertical lip lines

  • Improve and prevent signs of aging in the lower face, chin, and neck

  • Define and create a more youthful jawline

  • Slow down oil production in the skin, allowing less breakout and gives skin a natural glow

Lip Flip

A Lip Flip uses 4 to 8 units of Botox or Dysport along the upper lip border to relax the muscle that pulls the lip downward. The upper lip rolls outward slightly, vertical lip lines soften, and your smile shows more upper lip. Onset is around day 3, and the result lasts about 2 to 3 months. Many clients use a Lip Flip alongside lip filler for a fuller, more defined result.

dermal fillers

hyaluronic acid fillers: Juvederm | Restylane

Dermal fillers replace volume that age, hormones, and time draw down. We use FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers from the Juvederm and Restylane families, matched to the area.

Fillers work where volume loss is the actual problem: hollow cheeks and temples, deeper folds running from nose to mouth (nasolabial folds) and mouth to chin (marionette lines), an under-defined jawline or chin, and lips that have thinned. Results are visible the same day. Most fillers last 6 to 12 months. Lip filler tends to metabolize faster (around 6 to 9 months); cheek and jawline filler tends to last longer (closer to 12 to 18 months).

If your concern is loose skin or muscle activity, filler is the wrong tool. We'll tell you that and walk through what would actually work.

What dermal fillers address

  • Restoring contour and volume along cheekbones

  • Softening and restoring volume in marionette lines and folds, creating a more youthful appearance around the mouth

  • Jawline and chin definition

  • Lip shape, border definition, and volume

  • Under-eye hollows (in the right candidate)

  • Improving facial balancing

Lip Filler & the Mini Lip

We treat lip filler as restoration. The goal for most clients is a more defined border, a thinning upper lip restored to balance, or a slight shaping that softens a smile.

  • Mini Lip: half a syringe (about 0.5 mL). Subtle refresh. Best for first-time clients or for maintenance.

  • Full syringe: 1 mL. More substantial volume restoration or shaping.

Pricing is per syringe and is discussed before treatment.

Popular Skin Treatments

Most clients come in already noticing one or two things. The grid below maps the concerns we hear most often to the treatment we typically recommend, with a short note on why. This is a starting point, not a final plan. Many clients combine modalities over a year, and the consult is where we figure out the right sequence for your skin.

Concern

Treatment

Why

The direct treatment for movement-related expression lines.

Forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet

Botox, Dysport, or Jeuveau

Lip Flip (4 to 8 units of Botox or Dysport)

Vertical lip lines and downturned smile

Softens the muscle pulling the lip down. Subtle, fast, no added volume.

Thinning lips or undefined lip shape

Hyaluronic acid restores volume and refines the border.

Dermal filler

Tear-trough filler is delicate. Provider judgment matters

Under-eye hollows

Specialized hyaluronic acid filler (in the right candidate)

See PDO Threads (often paired with filler)

Threads lift mechanically, fillers support volume.

Same molecule as cosmetic Botox, placed in the jaw muscle.

TMJ tension & jaw clenching

Masseter Botox

Frequently asked Questions

  • Botox (and the other neuromodulators, Dysport and Jeuveau) softens the muscles that create expression lines. It works on movement-related lines (forehead, frown lines, crow's feet) and lasts about three to four months.

Fillers add volume back to the face, typically hyaluronic acid into the cheeks, lips, jawline, or folds around the mouth. Fillers last 6 to 12 months and work on volume loss, not muscle activity. Many clients use both.

  • A Lip Flip is a small dose of Botox or Dysport placed along the upper lip border to gently relax the muscle that pulls the lip downward. It produces a subtle outward roll of the upper lip and softens vertical lip lines without adding volume. Lip filler, in contrast, adds hyaluronic acid to the lip to restore or enhance volume and shape. Many clients combine the two for a fuller, more defined result.

  • Hyaluronic acid fillers last between 6 and 12 months on average. Lip filler metabolizes faster (about 6 to 9 months because the lips move constantly). Cheek and jawline filler lasts longer (closer to 12 to 18 months). Your metabolism, the product chosen, and the area treated all factor in.

  • Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, and other blood thinners for 24 to 48 hours before your appointment to reduce bruising. Eat something within 2 hours of arrival. Skip makeup if possible. Your provider will give you specific prep depending on what's planned.

  • Botox results typically last 3–4 months, depending on your metabolism, treatment area, and consistency with maintenance appointments. Many clients find that regular treatments help results last longer over time and keep fine lines softer and less visible.

  • A convenient, pill-based option that supports hormone balance through daily dosing. Oral therapy is often recommended for individuals seeking a simple, familiar way to restore hormone levels.Used early and conservatively, Botox can slow the formation of dynamic wrinkles (the lines that form from repeated muscle movement). It does not prevent all signs of aging, and it is not a treatment for static wrinkles, sun damage, or volume loss. Preventative Botox is most often discussed with clients in their late 20s through early 40s.

  • No. Botox simply wears off over 3 to 4 months and your face returns to its baseline. There is no rebound, no withdrawal, and no long-term consequence to stopping. Your wrinkles will look the way they would have looked if you'd never started.
